ITS WE THE PEOPLE

Constitutional Amendments that each State’s representatives and senators must vote on at their state capitol to approve by three-fourths of all states; if passed by 38 states, they become law; IF… both the US House and US Senate vote by two-thirds for approval.

Explanation:  The US Congress will follow their States’ lead or be voted out of office.

 

AMENDMENT 28

Every twenty years, starting in 2024, only honorably discharged American Veterans shall have Their Vote Counted Twice in all federal elections for: US House Representatives, US Senators, Vice-President and President.

Explanations: There is no higher calling than for an individual to volunteer for military service for his country. They served and deserve an extra vote. America’s all-volunteer military has served for twenty-five years in either Iraq, Afghanistan or Syria. Think about it before you say no. With proposed tax cuts our economy should greatly improve making our military not able to recruit as before. No woman wants her husband away for years of service, typically. Consider this extra voting privilege a recruiting tool.

 

AMENDMENT 29

Starting December 1, 2024, the Student Loan Program shall not issue any more loans to college students with already $20,000 loan amounts. Only when family members or any extended family member pays off their kin’s student loan debt in full; they shall receive an equal amount as a tax deduction, which can be carried over. US millionaires or billionaires may pay any whole amount of any student’s loan debt; to receive a one-time individual tax credit equal to 3 times, what that amount was paid. The Federal Student Loan Program shall not take any more loan applications as of January 1, 2028.

 

AMENDMENT 30

Term Limits: No US House Member or US Senator shall serve more than 18 years and not more than 24 years in any combination. No former US House Member or US Senator shall be a lobbyist. No lobbyist shall give money or gifts to any US Congressman or federal candidate. All sensational or crime allegations against political office seekers shall be presented in courtrooms not committee hearings; otherwise, those making such charges shall pay $10,000,000 to the FBI for each investigation.

 

AMENDMENT 31

Only the English language shall be spoken and written in U.S. Courts.  English shall be the official language in all commercial activities.  If there is to be a “Government Shutdown” ; all US Senators and US House Members shall serve without pay for 10 days and remain in Washington, DC without Recess until all funding passes satisfactorily with the President’s signature in agreement, within that 10 days. And then, if there is no agreement, both the Speaker of the House Representatives and President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall yield their leadership positions to their “seconds” and all House and Senate Committee Chairmen shall yield immediately to their next most senior members. If there is no agreement in the next 10 days; no Senator or House Member shall receive any pay until there is a settled agreement signed by the US President and they shall not be allowed to receive any campaign funds for their next election.

Explanation: We have seen enough of this dragging government shutdown and what these politicians want last to lose is their power and campaign funds.

 

AMENDMENT 32

US corporations with profits overseas can bring their dollars home in 2024 and every year afterward at 50% of the normal tax rate. This tax revenue shall pay off the oldest federal student loans first and never can that individual receive any other federal backed loan.  Once all the student loans are paid off, all other foreign corporate tax dollars are to pay off the national debt.

 

AMENDMENT 33

Our Current Federal Corporate Tax Rate is 21% and shall remain that thanks to the “Tax Cuts and Job Act of 2017” and the individual’s top tax rate shall be reduced from 37% to 35%.

Publicly traded US Corporations shall not borrow money to buy back their own stock.* Our current Federal Death Tax Rate on Estates above 12 million is 45% and shall be reduced to 10% for all Estate or Gift valves under 100 million dollars.**

Explanation: From January 2018 to December 2022 our Congressional Budget Office reports $4.9 Trillion revenue; up $1.5 Trillion since 2017, prior to that, the maximum tax rate was 35% which means lowering the corporate tax rate, business activity grew creating more tax dollars. Admittedly, this new Tax Cuts and Job Act allowed companies to write off new equipment purchases 100% vs. profits as never before. Our tax revenues grew 40% in five years during a horrific pandemic. America does not have a revenue problem, but a Washington spending problem. The US had one of the highest tax rates for corporations in the world. Poland has never had a recession since 1945 and only taxes its corporation 19%. Per KPMG: Australia 30%, Canada 26.5%, China 25% to 15% for favorites, Egypt 23%, France 26.5%%, Germany 30%, India 30%, Italy 24%, Japan 30.86% Mexico 30%, Russia 20%, United Kingdom 19%.

*”Frontline” reported 3-14-2023 that American corporations realized that during low inflation times with low interest rates; it was easier to make money by buying their own stock, not paying dividends, than developing new products. Consequently, we now have had a sustained period of rising prices in both the bond markets and stocks, which never should have happened…Totally Unprecedented. The “flight to quality” occurs when people sell stocks to buy bonds.

**Current State and Federal “death taxes” take about half a family-owned business’s assets when the owner dies which creates untold problems for the business and family. Super liberal Karl Marx was the first to propose the “death tax”. This inconsequential wealth tax only represents one-half of 1% of all federal revenue collections, or 20 Billion tax receipts vs. a 4 Trillion budget 0.5% of tax collections in year 2021. “””President Biden said billionaires aren’t “paying their fair share” and shouldn’t be paying a lower tax rate than a firefighter. That is a ridiculous claim. The richest 1% of Americans pay 42% of the income taxes in America. That’s near a record high. AMENDMENT 34

Bail shall be 30% of all Bail Bonds. No bail shall be allowed for any suspect charged three previous times without any court trial; for that accused person shall remain in custody and All-Night Courts shall eliminate all back cases. Magistrate Courts shall issue arrest warrants where needed, not meaningless criminal summons without the “teeth” to arrest; this chase, capture and release “game” shall stop. A 2% administrative fee of the bond shall be assessed immediately by the bondsman and given to the judge for record keeping.

Explanation:  One NC., Mecklenburg County man was arrested 129 times, trials zero.

 

AMENDMENT 35

Any person working for a business shall be considered an employee earning at least the minimum wage. All wages shall be paid by company check showing FICA/State/Federal deductions. Companies shall report quarterly all wages and deductions. All self-employed individuals and contractors shall operate or act as a corporation with company checks. Waitresses/waiters will pay no taxes on tips. Full-time employment shall be considered to be seven hours per week. Beginning in 2024 all full time employees of “C” and “S” corporations, limited liability companies (LLC.), professional limited liability companies (PLLC.) and all 501 C corporations shall offer a hospitalization policy with the identity paying 50% of employee’s basic coverage. Internships: college students working for corporations shall receive a minimum of $10,000 every ninety days; with hospitals paying working medical students $30,000 every ninety days. Health insurance plans shall become portable upon payment of an extra 1% over the annual premium to their chosen hospitalization carrier; now, new employees shall have their new employer: a company or corporation pay half their chosen health insurance plan cost.

Explanation: Many internship students work for nothing and NC waitresses make $2.17 per hour. Portability is activated by the policy holder making a 1% payment notification of their intention with address changes, both personal and old and new work offices, to their current insurer. Many self-employed deal in cash; only using a personal checkbook, paying little FICA/State/Federal taxes, expect marked tax revenue improvements now, making Amendment 33 work for all.

 

AMENDMENT 36

All females, US citizens only, shall receive free birth control devices upon request above the age of 16 from a local social service center.  All below 16 must have written consent of one parent or guardian.  Starting January 1, 2025 an unwed mother will receive only $200 per month for her first-born child. She will receive no further funds for any other babies.  The father shall pay $200 per month for that child until that child becomes 18 years old to a local social service center.  Only DNA-tested fathers that marry and become a family member shall have a reduction to zero dollars per month.  No increases in cost of living allowances ever. Poverty brides, unmarried with only one child, that marry and remain married with a state authorized marriage license shall make that female continuously eligible for welfare assistance for one year only with No Federal Tax Cliff Penalties during that time and reduced penalties thereafter by the IRS for only two more years.

AMENDMENT 37

Every presidential cycle, billions must be paid toward the national debt confirmed by the US Treasury and in Taxable Year 2026, the yearly federal budget shall be balanced going forward or no incumbent US Senator or US Representative can receive campaign finance funds.

Explanation: FY 2019 OMB’s annual income taxes estimate $3.422 trillion, spending $4.407 trillion, deficit $985 billion which can be erased by prudence and proposed amendment taxes.

 

AMENDMENT 38

Only a child born in America to married couple, at least one of whom is a US citizen, can claim US citizenship.  Only US citizens are eligible for social services:  food stamps, allowances for dependent children, rent and heat and there shall be no “brutal assault” payments made to citizens or Illegals.  All incarcerated illegals immigrants shall be returned to their country of origin without expense beyond airfare.

Explanation:  Direct deposits of $500 per month are being made to Illegals’ bank accounts forever when they sign unconfirmed “brutal assaults” papers.  No police reports are required per DSS-8227.

 

AMENDMENT 39

Those without hospital insurance must consult a medical clinic for hospital admission or doctor’s care. Emergency exceptions are to be determined by (EMS) emergency medical staff or other emergency First Responders. Americans with hospital insurance may go to any hospital they choose.

 

AMENDMENT 40

Washington, DC; shall remain in title the same; but for national representation and voting purposes, either becomes Maryland or Virginia, clearly defined by the Potomac River.  No challenger, US Senator or Representative may call a spending request a spending cut when, in fact, the result of the “Cut” would increase spending. They risk a $100,000 fine and censoring.

Explanation:  Democrats use “cut” double speak to bash others for a higher spending agenda.

 

AMENDMENT 41

America’s Middle East Policy shall be for Saudi Arabia to destroy ISIS and all other similar bands fomenting violence and murder; while America withdraws, providing no foreign aid dollars or military aid, or money for re-building war torn towns and homes in that region. No American tax dollars shall be authorized or spent toward Ukraine’s re-building effort as America’s policy shall be for Russian Oligarchs to pay that whole amount starting with Valdimir Putin’s family.

Explanation:  Saudi Arabia owes America!  Its countrymen struck us during 9-11.  Arab Warring Tribes are all descendants of the same great-great-grandfather, Abraham.  Arabs and Jews have been fighting for 3,000 years.  Let Saudi Arabia solve it, Arab to Arab.  No PEACE for this region for its hateful religious teachings: The Great Muslim Civil War Continues for All Centuries.  Remember:  Osama Bin Laden’s wish was to bankrupt America and he has almost done that!

 

AMENDMENT 42

All college athletes shall remain amateurs and they shall only be allowed one transfer during their college career.

Explanations:  Colleges must and should recruit brains, brawn and behavior.  What is the QB worth; 10X the Center or 5X the TE and only 2X the LB calling the defense? What about the star RB and the star DE?  This discussion would never end.  Big men on campus make contacts that last a lifetime, everyone wants to hear their stories; buy from them, making them well-to-do.

 

AMENDMENT 43

To prevent scams; Lenders and Banks that Re-Finance any home without a homeowner’s face-to-face signed full approval, shall pay $1,000,000 to each injured homeowner. Deposits for single dwelling real estate loan purchases may include land only if the purchaser owns the land outright; pledged at only 50% of the purchase price. Beginning 2023, all real estate purchases shall require 5% deposits and never again shall there be any adjustable rate loans or any second mortgages that exceed 20% of the first mortgage. Furthermore, banks that make loans shall hold them until maturity and will only allow one re-financing per loan based on the original purchase price. All bank mortgage loans shall have two different commercial insurance policies equaling the whole loan amount for its life. Any added cost of mortgage insurance shall be considered cost of doing business, not an add-on fee by lender. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, each, shall not back any home loan beyond 10% of the purchase price.

Real Estate owners and others shall accept rent as personal checks, credit/debit cards; but not cash, money orders or bit-coin, now proper payment trails for audits can be made. All builders shall buy $100,000 insurance per housing unit they are constructing to cover their defaults and that policy shall be held by each states’s Attorney General’s office to deny contractor licenses to those who fail to perform financially and make whole all injured parties.

Any pay day lender, auto lenders, for-profit college lenders or any others who lends money shall make sure that; borrowers can actually repay their loan and stop all abusive practices. If found guilty, the lender shall make the borrower whole and pay ten times that amount as a penalty to the borrower. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau shall be dissolved immediately. When land titles are solved; new Puerto Rico municipal bonds shall be 100% insured against default by two different insurance companies, neither of which can be Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or AIG. The United States Department of Agriculture, nor any federal agencies it oversees, shall underwrite or guarantee any commercial real estate loan or home loan.

Explanations: Adjustable rate mortgages, highly leveraged second mortgages and continuously re-financing the first mortgage with no bank holding their first note; as they sold it to bond funds, led directly to the 2008 financial crash. No more shall banks present “living wills” to regulators, relying on taxpayer funds for bailouts causing market distress by banks unwinding. CFPB is led by a single director who answers to no one. In 2016 only two commercial banks were chartered vs. 228 in 2007. Prior to CFPB; free checking was for a monthly balance of $250, now $750. They did not stop a big bank from opening millions of fraudulent accounts. Quantitative Easing is the Federal Reserve buying US Bonds with newly created dollars; printing money out of thin air. If we pay off our National Debt, interest rates will remain low forever.

 

AMENDMENT 44

Each state’s congressional districts shall be equal only by US citizen’s count within 7% from the most to least without regard to party or race. Boundaries shall be by county lines and state house districts, with never less than 30% of any one counties’ populations in a congressional district. Those found with one stolen catalytic converter shall serve 50 years in jail; no paroles, nor pardons. If this amendment is approved by 40 states it shall never be unconstitutional.

Explanation: NC Legislators cannot satisfy judges because opposing lawyers smell money and only the lawyers win; with each new lawsuit in fees. It is fair to all, since no one knows what the outcome is to be; nor can it be gerrymandered because it is pure mathematics and the math will be color blind and party blind. No lawsuits, make peace. Remember, within 7% really means…that the districts are 93% correct…don’t you wish you could have made 93 on all your tests! WI and PA have redistricting problems, others too.

 

AMENDMENT 45

Neither the US Government nor its agencies shall impede the World Wide Web or the internet providers or hosting activities; nor shall any local city, county, state or federal government be allowed to charge a fee for any internet functions that have been free up to now.

 

AMENDMENT 46

Any robbery attempt involving any gun type shall be a federal crime punishable by a minimum of 15 years jail time and 30 years for any robbery with a stolen gun;  for person, car or plane hijacking 50 years, plus 5 years added for any items taken.  Two portable detection walk-thru screening devices shall screen all officers, visitors and inmates at every prison facility and every prison facility shall be a cell phone blocked zone. There shall be no plea bargaining; or any form of parole or any pardon, nor can this amendment be ruled unconstitutional if passed by 40 states.

Explanation:  May every fast food place put a decal, of the new amendment should it pass, on every door and drive thru-window.

 

AMENDMENT 47

Only US citizens 18 years old or older with their state picture identification card presented shall be allowed to vote in person or Mail-In Absentee Ballot. In person Early Voting shall be for 15 days or more before the Presidential Election, but never on Sundays, ending on the Friday just before Election Day. All Absentee Ballots received shall be counted the next day; but no results released, until Election Night at 9PM EST and all Absentee Ballots shall be received by 5PM that Monday just before Election Day, no exceptions. Each States’ employees shall count its own ballots by FBI approved software with all Totals approved by the FBI; may the FBI oversee any Suspect States. Prisoners serving jail time shall not be allowed to vote and there shall be no transgender surgery at taxpayer expense.

Explanation: Request a Mail-In Absentee Ballot early to avoid hassles, non-drivers and college students, etc.

 

AMENDMENT 48

At no time shall any part of Islamic Sharia Law be created or instituted in any state of the United States; nor can this amendment be ruled unconstitutional if passed by 40 states.

 

AMENDMENT 49

All Party Electors shall be bound to their candidate when voting in the Electoral College or that individual errant voter shall pay a $100,000 penalty to their state.

Explanation:  Only 29 states restrict how electors must vote.  This amendment was written to take away the uncertainty, the never-ending media discussions and not allowing the whole House of Representatives to create even more turmoil by errant party electors.

 

AMENDMENT 50

All Presidential Elections Years shall be by marked paper ballots -not punched- and read by electronic tally machines determining the state winner by popular vote for US House Members, US Senators, Vice-President and President. The Electoral College shall remain the “decision maker” for US Presidency with current 50 states as winner-takes-all.  None of America’s Vice-Presidential or Presidential Candidates shall be on any States’ Ballot when a candidate has been Convicted as a Felon.

Explanation:  No more hanging chads by unscrupulous individuals given too many ballots that made the stylus not clearly punch a hole in all of the ballots; now, manual recounts are available.  Mrs. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by almost 3 million; but lost, her county vote total 487 vs. President Trump’s count 2,626, 5 to 1 ratio. Our seacoast urban populations will not rule the interior, a checks and balance function. Furthermore, Mrs. Clinton beat Mr. Trump in California by nearly 4.3 million votes, so much for the misleading popular vote total.

 

AMENDMENT 51

The Federal Reserve, US Congress, US Treasury or the President shall not enter into any agreement to support, fund or guarantee money for a Town, City, County, State, or any corporation nearing or in bankruptcy. A Federal Cannabis Tax shall be fixed at $25 dollars for every one-quarter ounce of dry marijuana sold at retail and any CBD product shall be Federal Taxed at 10% of that bare retail sale; tax dollars shall go directly to our National Debt repayment when conducted within that approved state’s regulations.

 

AMENDMENT 52

Congress shall not make any appropriations for any space program to reach the Moon or beyond as long as our national debt remains above 3 trillion dollars.
Explanations: There is no mineral or element in outer-space we can use, or otherwise we would know of it by now. NASA’s vast array of scientists, mathematicians, engineers, computer specialist and astrophysicists can easily switch over to coveted computer companies like: Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, Qualcomm, Inc., cloud companies and related software companies with greatest of ease and train their replacements…the time honored way, OJT.

 

AMENDMENT 53

Any doctor who writes a drug prescription from the Opioid family that causes death by overdose shall be fined $10,000,000 and any drug company or laboratory producing Phencyclidine(PCP) for recreation drug use shall be fined the same with fines going to the local sheriff’s office. Any sale of hallucinogenic drug purchased; even by bit-coin over the internet, even externally of the US, causing a death shall be prosecuted for $10,000,000 fine. Non-laboratory manufactured hallucinogenic drugs causing death shall obligate law enforcement to curry the countryside for all evidence to find that individual or more; producing the drug and charge the seller and the manufacturer. If found guilty, either or both manufacturer and seller, shall serve 50 years in jail, without any plea bargains, no appeals, nor any pardons and no parole whatsoever. Any person using Loperamide Hydrochloride, also known as; Imodium AD or any over-the-counter product to obtain a hallucinogenic drug high shall serve 10 years in solidarity confinement, if found guilty by DNA and blood samples.

Explanations: In 2017 fatal overdoes surpassed car crash deaths by 70,237 vs. 40,000 plus, nationwide. A few flakes of Fentanyl can be fatal; in fact, enough Fentanyl to get nearly 50,000 people high can fit in a standard envelop. Opiates include: Darvon, opium, codeine, Demerol, morphine, methadone, Oxycodone, Fentanyl, Oxycontin, Vicodin, hydrocodone and carfentanil.

 

AMENDMENT 54

No toll roads shall be built unless two-thirds of the voters approve from the counties that will have a toll road in their county. An additional 3 cents per fuel gallon at retail pricing shall go directly into Federal Highway Trust Fund for all road improvements.

Explanations:  Too much time is wasted with night meetings and with limited audience participation and DOT officials talking endless about environmental concerns, water, drainage and endangered species.  All of that information could be printed in a newspaper as a special edition. Toll roads are built without hard economic questions answered:  realistic paybacks, traffic questioned studies and mail back responses with DOT officer’s answers.  State DOT departments should be made to buy two-pages of any newspaper that prints 10,000 copies in the counties to vote and counties nearby; showing total highway design; all entrances, exits, overpasses, and their entrances and exits, if any.  Every newspaper that prints the two-page highway overlay should be encouraged to print at least 100 letters from concerned citizens for the DOT to answer.  Every month newspapers should follow the net dollar results toward payoff. No tax increase in nearly 25 years making FHTF nearly insolvent with a $20 Billion debt by 2020.

 

AMENDMENT 55

Any assistant high school principal, principal or judge may authorize any 15, 16, 17 or 18 year old male to become a 60-day boot camp trainee who has a history of discipline trouble. Upon successful completion of summer training that individual shall receive $10,000.  Either parent may sign for their 60-day induction.  Failures shall only receive a free bus ride ticket home.  Trainees who never use a cell phone in camp are eligible for an extra $2,000.  Only 4,000 positions are available per summer.  The program is review-able by the Army for changes or abandonment.

 

AMENDMENT 56

Any person facing two to five years in prison may volunteer for the Army, Navy or Marines.  Any volunteer that fails military standards returns to original sentencing.  Any volunteer that finishes boot camp and advance individual training qualifies for a two-year reduction of original sentencing.  Any volunteer that serves honorably for 10 years qualifies for a $10,000 pension for 10 years with 5 days at the end of their service for intense financial and computer training.

Explanation:  Intervention is needed to break the incarceration of low-grade prisoners before they become hardened criminals.  End Training would include:  VA Home Loans, VA schooling options, Small Business Administration SCORE, Human Resource Evaluation, Computer Resume Writing and Computer Training.

 

AMENDMENT 57

The H-1B and H-2B Visa programs and the sale of EB-5 Visas shall stop immediately.  E-Verify shall be mandatory before any suspected illegal can begin working; otherwise employers shall face a personal fine of $100,000 per illegal, collected by that ICE Command’s district.

Explanation:  The H-1B Visa program allows employers to bring in foreign workers to work on a temporary basis to fill highly specialized positions. Isn’t that what we Americans need the most: high paying STEM jobs?  H-2B is for unskilled labor, we have plenty high schooled, right? And the unemployment true rate, U-6, is 8+%.   Also, ICE loses track of these individuals that never go back.  EB-5 allows wealthy foreign investors to buy citizenship pathways for $500,000 to one million. “This system is riddled with fraud,” says Sen. Charles Grassley.  Sen. Dianne Feinstein is also a critic, saying “The right to immigrate should not be for sale.”

 

AMENDMENT 58

All elementary grades 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd grade students shall stand and say America’s Pledge of Allegiance every morning.  All notary public and political office seekers for city, county, state and federal positions shall be legal US citizens showing a copy of their US birth certificate or citizenship papers and a current state picture identification card at application time.

Explanation:  Too many media types talk and write about America’s democracy…WE DO NOT HAVE A DEMOCRACY, but a republic.  Our pledge of allegiance has “Republic” in it.  Republic stands for our representative form of government meaning, we citizens elect house members and senators to go to our state capitols to represent us and if we feel they have done a bad job, we elect someone else and the same for our national representatives that go to D.C.

 

AMENDMENT 59

The Securities and Exchange Commission shall re-institute the 1929 Up-tick Short Selling Rule immediately to lessen any stock market panics.

Explanation:  Currently, knowledgeable short sellers may sell short at any price. This practice helped produce The Great 1929 Stock Market Crash.  Why should we have to re-learn the financial lessons of 1929 again?

 

AMENDMENT 60

Citizens shall be able to buy any hospitalization policy from any insurance company in any state. At a minimum all citizens passed age 18 should buy a $10,000 dollar catastrophic hospitalization insurance policy with yearly premiums due every December 1st. All beverages above 3% alcohol content shall be federally taxed at 20% more than current rates as of July 1, 2019 with our US Treasury using that new federal tax: 80% toward our National Debt and 20% toward our “national health care Act”. Medicaid spending shall not exceed Fiscal Year 2012 expenses. The “Food Stamps” program shall be reduced to Fiscal Year 2007 expenses. Social Security benefits shall remain at the current rate unless both US House and US Senate vote 60% of those present approving higher benefits.

Explanation: In 1970 Medicaid spending was 1.4% of federal spending; 1980 2.4%, 1990 3.3%, 2000 it was 6.6%, 2010 7.9%, and it will be 9.8% for 2017. Medicaid becomes broke year 2029. 5% of the population is causing the problem, if over 55 buy a $100,000 hospitalization policy.
67.9 million; disabled workers, retirees, spouses and surviving children receive Social Security.
$1,413 is the average monthly benefit. Soc. Sec. will run dry in year 2034 or face steep cuts. Only retire when you have your house and credit cards paid off. You cannot live on Social Security and finance debt.

 

AMENDMENT 61

When scandalous unconfirmed news information for political or financial influence is not substantiated by a named author, but printed by any newspaper or electronic means, website or video; that news’ identity shall be open to $100,000,000 fine per account implemented by the FBI.  U-6 unemployment rate shall be the only unemployment rate used going forward.

Explanation:  News people need to recapture their own ethics and do no harm unless there is researched accountability by witnesses.  May “fake news” be put to rest.  U-6 unemployment rate counts not only people without jobs, seeking full-time; but also those who have gotten discouraged and stopped looking, but still want to work.  U-6 represents total unemployment without a time limit.

 

AMENDMENT 62

Any corporation for profit that avoided US Corporate Taxes for three continuous years, paying zero dollars;  shall pay a 30% on its Fourth Year of net profit.  That calculation shall be:  total income minus cost of doing business before any special tax breaks of any kind or it shall be delisted from all American stock exchanges and that said tax shall go directly to pay off the National Debt.  This new tax shall be retroactive immediately for taxes filed in year 2017 and coming forward.  If this amendment is passed by 40 states it shall not be ruled unconstitutional by any Governor, Judge or Court.

Explanation:  In 2018, sixty companies paid no corporate tax on profits of 79 billion dollars.

 

AMENDMENT 63

Any person who kills another human being or two, shall serve 30 years in jail in solidarity confinement with no plea bargaining, no parole, no pardons, no appeals; if found guilty by DNA, Familial DNA links and/or Forensic Science. That convict of 30 years solidarity confinement shall be offered a job for 2 years by any Federal/State DOT or any Federal/State/County/City Prison system. All prisons shall be solidarity confinement by January 1, 2040 and there shall be no use of inmate labor for duties of: gardening, kitchen, laundry, floor cleaning, sewing and etc.

Anyone; associated with ISIS or any hate group or anyone by a random act, who murders three or more innocent people; by knife, bomb, vehicle or gun, or injures 5 or more, firing 7 shots or more; terrorizing a community shall be imprisoned until death for life, if found guilty with no plea bargains, no appeals, no pardons and no paroles. Furthermore, three family members of the killer shall serve a minimum of thirty days each for their silence for not speaking to police for prevention. Mothers/Fathers, grandparents, uncles/aunts, brothers/sisters and cousins shall be held responsible. Immigrant extreme vetting and travel bans shall be the sole power of the President of America, all immigration to the US shall be halted immediately for 10 years and immigration shall only be merit selection, one by one. No welfare money shall be available for any immigrant for their first 10 years in America; and becomes retroactive, if passed. If passed by 40 states this amendment shall not be ruled unconstitutional.

Explanation: Family members need to speak to young people and find out what they are thinking and review their internet contacts. Former Dept. Homeland Security John Kelly said:

AMENDMENT 64

No more shall the US one penny coin be produced. All final retail pricing shall end in either a zero or five for its end number.

 

AMENDMENT 65

Reparations shall not be paid by the US Government to any undocumented worker or any individual of a minority for any unproved or proven bad experiences in our American history.

Explanations:  Many minorities (Irish, Polish, Jews, Italians, Germans WW1, and Japanese WW11) over the years have had bad experiences.  It is too difficult to determine who deserves what and how much considering America’s National Debt.  Everyone should be so thankful that they are in America after watching nightly news from faraway places with no economy or drinkable water and with rocks and rubble for soil; unlike America with four seasons and enough rainfall.

 

AMENDMENT 66

Any vehicle involved in an accident of $1,000 or more damage; shall cause law enforcement to immediately field test for hallucinogenic drugs or alcohol intoxication, and if that driver is found with any level of a hallucinogenic drug by breath test alone, that vehicle shall be seized and sold within 30 days. Vehicle seizure and sale shall be for any driver that scores .16% or more on an alcohol breath test. Any refusal shall cause immediate seizure. Seizure and sale shall apply to any driver using a telephone or texting within 15 minutes of a traffic accident. Stolen vehicles are exempt from seizure and all vehicles sales are to be used for toll road payments making all highway lanes free. Drivers of stolen vehicles shall be jailed for 20 years. Furthermore, any vehicle and its attachments shall be seized and crushed; even the contents, if found with any form of hallucinogenic drug or marijuana of any amount at any US border including seaports and there shall be no restitution to any party. All vehicles shall pay an entrance fee on our southern border, $100 for any vehicle to fund the “Wall” starting April 1, 2025. All persons walking shall pay $100 dollars each way North or South and must have Passports and Visas with return dates and stateside contact information on Visas. All foreign air or ship travelers shall have Visas with the same type of contact information. The Trafficking Victims Protection Re-Authorization Act of 2008 shall be null and void. Asylum-seekers shall obey all diplomatic protocols prior to 2008. IF 40 States pass this amendment, it shall never be ruled unconstitutional by any judge or court; and if approved by both US House and US Senate, a new US Census Count shall be completed in 180 days.

Explanations: .08 or more correctly .08% is considered legally drunk, so the .16% is twice the amount to be declared legally drunk. “Walkers” number 600 plus every day at the 16 crossings. Seniors…IF, Illegals pay no Social Security Taxes…Does that Owner use his money to pay Matching Social Security Taxes as required by law? Absolutely Not! All Owners hiring Illegals are committing Slavery…Economic Slavery against our African-American friends.

 

AMENDMENT 67

All drivers shall be responsible for all passengers’ activities regarding litter and all tie downs of product, equipment, including loose wrappers, cups, bottles and cans. Each person charged shall pay $2,000 or shall spend 12 hours in jail, no bail bonds.  Reporting citizens or officers must be willing to testify in open court. State authorized postcards can still be sent to offenders to remind them of what litter is.  Fresh Water and Ocean visitors and travelers shall not litter, either.

Explanations: If mama could not teach you; not to litter, maybe the jail or the fine will.  May every 6th grade teacher read this amendment to their class for discussion!

 

AMENDMENT 68

All persons committing or aiding US Currency counterfeiting in country or elsewhere and any person committing credit card, debit card, even purchased “gift” debit card, savings, checking account or any type of personal fraud by any communication means shall serve 50 years in jail if found guilty with no plea bargaining, no appeals, no parole and no pardons.

 

AMENDMENT 69

Moms and others may sell any stolen metallic gun to a Sheriffs office for $200, no questions asked. All Sheriffs offices may contact the rightful owner to sell that gun for $250. Crimes committed with “Ghost Firearms,” unreadable or UN-serialized guns, shall cause that Perpetrator; twice the normal Jail Time for their crime, no exceptions.  Airline travelers not packing guns and ammo correctly shall visit a jail for 12 hours.  Loaded guns shall cause 10 years of jail time immediately by a magistrate court and explosives 50 years.  All game shot shall be lead free.  All sportsmen shall honor all game limits or face 10 years in jail. Potential California wildfires shall be put out in 16 hours by full co-operation of the nearest five counties, with water airlifts, from mountaintop ponds, two per county; or 50% funding cuts shall apply.

 

AMENDMENT 70

No State or Federal help shall be given if the investment buyer does not have a letter from their Attorney General’s office verifying that the sales person is a qualified investment broker. Buyers must collect the sellers’ full name, home and work addresses and must write a letter asking if that seller has the many licenses to be a broker selling any investments of: insurance, commodities, real estate, mutual funds, stocks or bonds listed on any exchange; in their state.

Marriage shall only be a union between a man and a woman. All transgendered people shall use the bathroom that matches their birth gender and all military service members shall serve and remain true to their gender. No Governor, no State Supreme Court, no US President or Supreme Court shall rule otherwise if 40 states approve this amendment.

Explanation: Everyone knows the military has one purpose and they do not need any distractions whatsoever.

 

AMENDMENT 72

International and US hackers of computer information, if found guilty, shall serve 20 years in jail with no bail bond, no plea bargains, no appeals, no parole, and no pardons. All computer type platforms, “clouds” and internet search engines shall track all hackers and turn over all information of breaches to the FBI or face a $100,000,000 fine per account. All Quit Claim Deeds shall be presented in person by both parties to the proper County; Clerk of Court.

 

AMENDMENT 73

No “insider” with special information that could influence a stock price by pending or newly thought of legislation shall use that “insider” information; or that staffer, researcher, house member, senator, defense contractor employee, lobbyist or special interest people beyond the Washington, DC beltway, shall be fine $100,000 per account, if found guilty.

 

AMENDMENT 74

Procedural rules at both State and Federal governments shall require final versions of bills to be in print for 72 hours before lawmakers vote on them.

Trade Unions shall not collect dues from non-members and anti-union groups shall not contact any employee of companies that have a trade union or unions.

Citizens with proper permits may rally peacefully without any protestors within 300 yards of their rally site and Good Citizens shall never takeover, camp-in or disrupt town, city, county, State or Federal buildings or college buildings; nor shall they stop vehicular traffic in any way.

Explanations: Freedom to speak, assembly and petition shall not make the police the bad guys because of a few too many loose wingnuts are causing havoc. Where is the National Guard?

 

AMENDMENT 77

All priests shall be allowed to marry; regardless of what one head churchman says or any church teachings decree and all nuns shall have the same rights. This amendment shall become law only if 40 states plus the States of Massachusetts and New York vote in the affirmative; nor shall it be ruled unconstitutional ever, upon their approval.

Explanations: It is only fair for the Catholic priest to find out what Hell is all about and curb pedophilia.  In Guam the 104^th person filed a law suit against the Archdiocese of Agana over alleged sex abuse from clergy or others and Rev. Baudrillard has been named in 60 lawsuits.

 

AMENDMENT 78

Gun Control: Only individuals 21 years old or older may buy guns and no one individual shall own over seven guns with the exception of shotguns being allowed in any amount. All bump stock guns shall be surrendered and crushed. Only individuals age 25 years or older shall be allowed to buy semi-automatic weapons meaning the trigger must be pulled each time to fire. Also every County Sheriff shall issue or deny all semi-automatic magazine-fed rifle permits and all gun show participators shall keep purchase and sales records like regular gun stores. Only Police authorities may use pistol mounted red strobe light beams on any person or perceived perpetrator’s face for notice of full force effect coming.

Explanation: Civilian ownership of machine guns and fully automatic assault rifles have been outlawed since 1934.

 

AMENDMENT 79

A 20% Federal Tax increase shall be applied to all tobacco, electronic tobacco products as of July 1, 2019 with 80% of that revenue going toward America’s National Debt and 20% toward “national healthcare Act”.  All proposed federal tax increases by new amendments on tobacco and alcoholic beverages shall be cut by one-half when the national debt is paid off completely, plus one trillion dollars remains never spent ever, in the US Treasury.

 

AMENDMENT 80

New Medical Rules:  Hospitals shall not buy other Hospitals or Doctors Groups, likewise, Doctor Groups shall not buy other Doctor Groups or Hospitals.  All hospital charges shall be fee based making “Chargemaster Rates” done away with and there shall be no continuous lab testing for known situations ending the current Monday through Friday redundant lab work concerning hospital patients.  All hospitals and doctors may buy direct from drug manufacturers.  All government medical funded services may do the same and they shall pay only one mark-up with no reimbursements from drug manufacturers or middlemen going to doctors or hospitals for a particular drug referral.  Generic drugs shall be used instead of the costly “exact same” brand name drug as no insurer, drug maker, doctor, hospital, other providers, family members or patients shall object.

All hospitalization insurance shall be good at any hospital even across state lines by family members or patient selection.  All medical records shall be transferable by electronic means from all medical sources to all requesting medical identities ensuring the most complete patient care.  All medical groups shall operate as independents and not order hospitals or doctors to refer patients to a particular group or medical practice.  All doctors and medical groups shall operate with job freedom, moving to serve a patient at their chosen hospital, making all non-compete agreements null and void.

Explanations:  Soaring medical costs are part of the monopolistic and anti-competitive behavior by medical players.  Only from “America’s Bitter Pill”, 453 pages, by Steven Brill and Hal Harbour reading and re-thinking my thoughts from the many T.C.O. articles sent him could this amendment be presented.  Free market style Doctors, Clinics and Hospitals could start insurance companies; that alone would drive down healthcare cost, understanding that a Doctor owned insurance company will not overpay even their own doctors, etc.  Notice that, monthly subsidies have not been addressed on purpose as the weight of this amendment;  if passed, will re-balance all monthly premiums, or…I will write another amendment for the same.

 

AMENDMENT 81

Moorish Sovereign Citizens or other groups or individuals who reside in America and claim to be exempt of American Laws, Social Security, State and Federal Income Taxation by their status of: sovereign citizenship; shall be deported forever for any non-payment of stated taxes or squatting in any structure or on any land in any of the 50 states. No group or individual shall create their own birth certificates, passports, driver’s licenses and vehicle registrations and they shall not have immunity from Federal, State or Local authorities. Groups or individuals that use “Paper Terrorism” such as bogus marriage certificates, bogus tax returns, bogus liens and bogus lawsuits against current police officers, prosecutors and judges are using these intimidation’s factors to gain legal, financial strength against law abiding citizens and these paper terrorist shall be deported forever; if found guilty in Superior Court.

Opinion: Any US Senator or US Representative who votes against this amendment; they are unreasonable and should be voted out of office next election, as this current investigation has covered almost two years with some 40 to 60 lawyers plus staff and that is a guess on numbers. AMENDMENT 83

All Chinese companies that make, sell or support facial recognition devices or any surveillance systems shall be de listed from all American capital markets and any Chinese company that builds, sell or supports ballistic missile weapon systems for the People’s Liberation Army shall be de listed as well.  It shall be illegal for any American individual, corporation or any other American identify (including The Federal Thrift Plan, TSP) to buy China’s Sovereign Bonds.

Any new manufacturer only recycling used plastics shall pay no federal corporate tax for ten years while developing new products, ending January 1, 2040. America shall stop micro plastics in our ocean food chain by making all fishing nets and poly clothing to be of continuous filament yarn and all poly ethylene family micro-beads used in exfoliates or cleaners shall be discontinued immediately.

AMENDMENT 85

Going forward only newly formed cotton textile companies who initially buy the newest cotton textile equipment, who sell only on-line by themselves and/or in their own stores and who are 100% owned by American individual investors shall be allowed in America. New Cotton Textile companies shall only pay 50% of normal corporate tax for their first 20 years. No local, county, state or federal governments shall offer incentives to locate these companies to a particular area.

 

AMENDMENT 86

All Totally Electric Cars and Trucks sold in America’s 50 States shall have a Roof Top or Pop-Up Wind Turbine to generate electricity to Re-Charge its batteries and all these vehicles shall have AM Radios; and all components shall be made of American steel, American plastics sources originating, and manufactured only in the 48 connected States. And, IF, these companies are 100% owned by individual American investors, not pools of money, their Federal Corporate Tax Rate shall be one-half the normal rate starting in 2023, ending 2050.

Climate Change: For CO2 Sequestration, thinly shaved iron or finely ground used steel with no hint of acids, oils, plastic or wood shall be used on our Southern Oceans; if Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, all unanimously vote, as part of the 38 states for approval. EPA shall not be involved and only one marine Chemist or chemical Engineer per coastal state shall serve as a study board for 2 years.

Explanation: It is believed that some oceans are low in iron; whereas if, iron particles were added to stimulate algae and plankton to bloom, thus pulling CO2 out of the ocean into their bodies, then when they died, they would fall to the ocean floor storing the CO2 there. The super plus is that more algae and plankton could increase shrimp and fish populations. May it be that Prince Harry is chosen to be the spokesman’s for this group and to the world for its findings.

 

AMENDMENT 89

All Cities, States and our Federal government shall reduce immediately all underfunded employee Pensions and Healthcare “benefits” by any and all means and there shall be no lawsuits; or any Judge or Court ruling against this amendment should it pass by 40 states.
All currently underfunded plans shall begin to operate at 110% pre-funding levels with pay-as-you-go basis eliminated.

Explanations: Over 5,200 plans exist, AZ 80, TX 133, CT206, FL 476, MN 567, IL 651 and PA 1,594. Estimates of total underfunded future liabilities range from $1 trillion to $4 trillion. Some hedge funds fees are very expensive collecting 2% up front plus 20% of any profits earned and third fees called “fund expenses” plus trading costs.

 

AMENDMENT 90

LGBTQ people shall not demand their special needs or wishes upon the many citizens as a whole or any individual US citizens. All LGBTQ lawsuits shall stop immediately; if this amendment is passed by 40 states, and it shall not be overruled by any Governor, Judge or Court. Furthermore, Elites shall stop making policy for all school grades through college concerning transgender athletes as the only determining factor shall be the two biological sexes and transgender students shall visit the bathroom that matches their birth gender identify.

When a major Silicon Valley tech type company permanently bans an individual or corporation from its platform, those individuals of Big Tech shall face immediate deportation from the United States of America, Forever and every corporate officer shall himself pay $10,000,000 to the US Treasury when found guilty of Censorship by any Superior Court of US Citizens and three Judges, with no appeals, if all agree Guilty.

AMENDMENT 92

Our US House of Representatives shall reduce by 40% or more; spending less than 400 Billion Dollars within our 52 government agencies, which control 92 individual Poverty Programs and never shall Administration Costs exceed 5 to 8 percent of each program.  All Non-Profit Organizations that receive Federal Dollars shall have their entire budget reduced by 80% forever.  All Regulatory Agencies that receive Federal Dollars shall have their entire budget reduced by 20% forever.  If this Amendment is passed by 40 States; the House of Representatives shall publish their Final Reductions in 60 days or before April 1, 2025 and No Governor, Judge, Court or President shall rule otherwise.  Furthermore, the “No Child Left Behind Act” shall be dismantled; eliminating the “Teach to the Test.”

Explanations:  Dr. Michael L. Walden, a NC state economist tells in his book, “Real Solutions” of 92 poverty programs spending almost one Trillion Dollars annually with 15 to 20 percent administration cost and some as high as 40 percent.  Non-Profit Organizations pay no State or Federal Income Taxes and those individuals that start non-profits groups should consider those desires as their obligations.  If, Employers desire productive workers, they should start re-training all dismissed government workers.  Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s opinion “Environmentalist hold back Green Energy” tells us of 2,000 gigawatts of electricity coming vs. our current need of 1,250 gigawatts, if only the Regulators stand aside.

 

AMENDMENT 93

It should be, only those drug free shall receive Social Security Disability payments and the same shall be for those receiving Welfare Funds with annual random blood drug tests enforcement for Marijuana, any hallucinogenic drugs and the Opioid family; with anyone testing positive in any amount, they shall be permanently banned for any Disability or Welfare payments forever, no exceptions.  No exceptions means CBD Oil users may test positive.

 

AMENDMENT 94

No Bank in America, No Foreign owned Bank with offices in America and No Brokerage House in America shall buy or sell any Cryptocurrency for their customers or for their own bank as assets.

AMENDMENT 95

In a national election, Females only, 18 years old or older shall be allowed to vote for a Women’s Abortion to be until the end of the 15th week of Pregnancy and Women’s Abortion Rights for rape, incest or any health issue concerning the mother or her unborn child; and then if, approved by each state for 40 States voting a 60% approval so that this amendment shall not be ruled unconstitutional by any Judge or Court when approved by those 40 States’ Chambers and further approved by both US House and US Senate. Only a female with full mental facility shall be allowed to receive any Puberty Blocker Drug when that drug has been approved by the Federal Drug Administration.

Opinion and

Explanation: It should be required that all pregnant females be tested for all sexually transmitted diseases as syphilis born babies cost $58,000 per PBS News Hour on 11-8-2023 and many health problems. The FDA has never approved Lupron (the most common drug of choice) for halting puberty per Mrs. Abigail Shrier, “Imprimis” June/July, 2021, Vol. 50, “Gender Ideology Run Amok”.

 

AMENDMENT 96

President Joe Biden’s Executive Order 14067, Section 4, signed 3-9-2022, shall be outlawed.

Explanation:  Mr. Jim Rickards, former advisor to the Pentagon, White House, Congress, CIA and Department of Defense; also, an attorney and investment banker, believes the Federal Reserve and our Treasury Department have extensive plans to make our US Dollar Bills obsolete, replaced with new programmable digital tokens which they can track per Executive Order 14067.  Beware of “Biden’s Bucks” or Digital Dollars.

 

AMENDMENT 97

Amendment 97 shall not become effective until Amendment 92 has been voted on by 40 States’ legislatures in the affirmative and approved by our US House of Representatives and US Senators; thereby, reducing our national spending and agreeing to balance our budget yearly.

All Foreign Owed National Debt shall continue to be paid off as proscribed and the same for all stateside owned national debt.

Those Federal Treasury Bonds magically created by “Quantitative Easing” to fund our US government shall be dismissed, oldest first, 10% of that debt each year, inside twenty years – or all at once – If, Congress, both US House and US Senate, agree by seventy percent of those present in each chamber voting in favor of Fast Tracking, then that magically created Federal National “Quantitative Easing” Debt owed to ourselves shall begin to be Dismissed.

Explanations:  The Federal Reserve magically created US Treasury Bonds (to fund our over-spending politicians’ appetite) that NOW should be unwoven just as they were created; since we owe this money to ourselves as a whole, not to a specific named creditor.  These magically created Treasury Bonds are held by the US Treasury and not traded, showing no price pressure which we commonly call interest.  2008 was the first time we ever had Quantitative Easing during the Great Recession, so all “QE” Debt should qualify for dismissal, even the ‘Stimulus Checks” during COV-ID pandemic, if they were created by “Quantitative Easing”.

 

AMENDMENT 98

America’s Foreign Policy for Taiwan shall become “ Solving Taiwan’s Dilemma” as Outlined; when approved by our States’ chambers, our US House of Representatives and US Senators; and not to be challenged by Others stateside.

Amendment 98 Guidelines…Solving Taiwan’s Dilemma…Becoming “New Formosa”?

America should only offer words of encouragement aiding Taiwan to approach and sell their whole island to China; only after the leadership of Taiwan has agreed to move their manufacturing base from Taiwan to the Baja California Deserts; only provided, a signed agreement from Mexico’s President that he and his country will sell all Desert area to Taiwan for the whole re-location of Taiwan’s people and their manufacturing base. China must have patience, a minimum of 10 years, to receive what they want, even it takes 12+ years.

Mexico sells its Whole Desert Land Space on the Baja California Peninsula to Taiwan which China pays for; by buying every square foot of Taiwan’s land, every building and its infrastructure intact.

Taiwan must be made whole financially; and of which, they are only required to pay Mexico’s government 10% or less; of what they receive from China, for that whole Desert Land area. Mexico’s government shall secure all of the Desert Land and Ocean Front Land with Clear Titles for proper transfer. All current manufactured goods, manufacturing equipment, tools, systems and all current purchases coming to Taiwan shall remain solely; for the Taiwanese businesses and the same for all Taiwanese personal possessions. All legal documents shall be written in Chinese, Spanish and English with exact meaning in each language.

Mexico receives a new taxable base after 10 years from the final sale date and Mexico receives an industrious people who will be allowed to fish both sides of Baja, building wind turbines and solar panels for their own power source while they re-build their new age computer factories. Most likely Taiwanese people will build Desalinization plants and lay their own electric cables while Mexico will provide road construction and quick approved construction sites. Mexico will build a jet commercial airport runway and two ocean ports; the Pacific Ocean side and Sea of Cortez side, each with a dock able to crane unload container ships with sizable container storage areas for tractor trailer movement, plus suitable Cruise Liners’ docking on each port. Taiwanese people shall move at their own expense while America is saved from more military expenses. China wins the Taiwan Island and its buildings intact unlike Ukraine’s situation. Mexico wins
with new jobs and a new tax base. Taiwan wins by remaining a free people, policing and educating themselves. America wins with a chip manufacturing being closer.

Opinion: It is a Win-Win for All. The free people of Taiwan escape the threat of War.

Background: Taiwan is now more isolated and only recognized by 13 sovereign states. Taiwan has informal ties with 100+ countries but does not have diplomatic relations with America. Taiwan current size is approximately 245 miles long by 90 miles at its widest point. Taiwan is 13,826 square miles with a population of 23.6 million as of 4-10-2022. From Wikipedia: Baja California Deserts (the four main ones: San Felipe, Central Coast, Vizcaino & Magdalena Pain Desert) are approximately 30,000 square miles with a population of 4.1 million as of 2015.

 

AMENDMENT 99

Federal Primary Election Laws for US President and US Vice-President:  Open primary voting for Presidential Candidates shall be outlawed.  Only Party Registered Voters shall be allowed to vote in their Party’s State Presidential Primary Election.  Poll workers shall not be allowed to Change any Party Affiliation at the Voting Polls during any election.

The Party’s Presidential Primary Candidate that wins the most votes shall be that State’s Presidential Nominee and the second leading vote receiver shall be that State’s Vice-President Choice.

During the National Convention for Each Party, All States shall be bound only on the First Vote to their States’ Primary Presidential Winner and all States shall have only one vote; meaning whomever wins the most States by total count shall be that Party’s Presidential Candidate, and they may make the Final Decision for their Party’s Vice-President Candidate.  All Political Ads shall be in the newspaper print media not Channel TV Ads.

Explanations:  We do not need hanger-backers, the undecided nor unaffiliated voters making Primary Presidential Choices; study the candidates.

 

AMENDMENT 100

Only US owned Bathroom Tissue and Paper Towel Plants that convert from wood fiber to Re-Claiming Used Cardboard materials can receive 100% freedom from Federal Corporate Taxes for 100 years.

Explanations: Paper Making Facts: 2,500 pounds of pulp every 20 minutes is needed to make 50 Truckloads per week, running 24 hours, paper speed 40 mph, 18 grams per square meter for your paper tissue (remember: 24 grams = one ounce). This year Canton, NC Paper just closed; want to re-work it, it only takes 1.5 Billion Dollars to have it like an Anderson, SC plant…which is owned by China or Russia or was it Saudi Arabia? Every American is to blame for Brazil’s Rain-forest problems, they just do not know it, LIKE YOU.

Scientists are “Right to be Skeptical” about GOP’s plan to plant a Trillion Trees. See: The Washington Post article by Maxine Joselow as new research finds that one trillion trees would minimally effect, halting global warming. Do you want to stop Global Warming? Stop buying from China where they build one coal burning plant every week or so.

AMENDMENT 101

America shall offer no tax dollars or aid for Israel’s move to a new location, only advice when asked and America shall encourage all nations to adhere to the Outline of: “Israel: Have You all Had Enough?”

Israel: Have You all Had Enough?

With Good Intentions World Leaders of WWII era tried to find a Peaceful Solution for your People! Years of nightly news tells us; all of us, that their solution is not working. The Real Question becomes are you ready to move? Your Wailing Wall has brought you more wailing than peace. Many to most of your sworn enemies surround you. Israel is a desert landscape as anyone can see from: “Spectacular Israel” and Israel is Spectacular Dry. Rude comments are not meant as such, but to jar you to think of options.

Why not choose Peace and Move to another desert…Western Australia, or, either Northwestern or Southwestern Australia for up to 40,000 sq. miles of land; but not near Perth, with an ocean front for fishing and shipping? South Carolina’s land mass is 4 times bigger than Israel with one half the population of Israel. Perth is home to 75% of Western Australia population with the 48 US States somewhat equal in size to Australia, meaning Western Australia is sparely populated. Australia’s government and Prime Minister shall sign an agreement for Israelis of Israeli, the West Bank and East Jerusalem, to buy Australia land with clear titles with quick building permits as needed, road construction, water, sewer, one ocean side port with a crane able to unload container ships, storage area for containers, tractor trailer movement plus one dock for two Cruise Liners docking. Only after the 20 year anniversary of Israel signing to buy land may it be taxed by Australia. All legal documents shall be written in English, Hebrew, and Arabic. Israel shall remain a free people, policing and educating themselves.

Saudi Arabia should be encouraged to become the financial kingpin for all the countries touching Israel for buying out all the Jewish owners and its infrastructure of which only one-tenth shall be paid to the Australia government for the land Israel chooses in Australia. Of course, Iran and the others decided by Israel should enter into a Peace Treaty with Violator Nations to pay one Billion US Dollars per rocket, bomb, airstrike or secret attack against Israel for a minimum of 20 years while they prepare their journey. Israel shall be permitted to move in peace, weather on land or seas. For the damages done by Israel’s forces in Gaza; Hamas and all their co-conspirators shall pay for that as Hamas’s evil ones, pre-planned war caches inside Gaza with thousands of rifles, ammo, grenades, land mines, RPGs; now found and inventoried. Hamas fighters did not construct miles of tunnels in Gaza, Palestinians built them for Hamas. Too many of Palestine’s people knew something but said nothing, for this they are to be blamed for all deaths and damage done by: The Great Hamas Terrorist Organization.

 

AMENDMENT 102

Our US Supreme Court Judges shall be above reproach and all questionable past gifts, travel and slight actions shall be mute.  Any Supreme Court Judge that becomes questionable shall enter the Penalty Box; within the remaining eight judges voting in secret.  If five Judges vote for removal, that shall occur immediately.  That Penalty Box shall be created only when 20 current US Senators, a minimum of 5 senators from the minority party, write a “Letter of Complaint” to all judges which shall be available for newspaper print.  Separately, all Judges in America shall make Final Outcome Decisions within 7 days from hearing all closing arguments from both sides.

Our Supreme Court shall remain composed of only Nine Judges and their salary shall be $500,000 dollars each year, with the Chief Justice to receive $600,000 each year.  Each US House of Representative’s salary shall be $350,000 each year and each US Senator’s salary shall be $450,000 each year.  Our US President shall have a $1,000,000 salary each year and our Vice-President shall receive $600,000 each year.

Explanation:  If we want better representation, maybe, we will have to pay for it. You cannot eat prestige.

 

AMENDMENT 103

America’s National Coal Defense amendment shall ONLY be for: Coal mine producing companies that apply for a 50 cents per metric ton of coal based on only one-half of their yearly coal export per year provided that this non-mined amount remains in the ground; for a yearly payment, starting January 1sr through December 31 and to be Free of all Federal Corporate Tax Rates.

Only coal mining companies that commit to a 7 year deal shall be allowed to participate and its 15 year total tonnage shall never be exported as overseen by the IRS and FBI as necessary.  And their Stateside coal sales shall not exceed their highest sales of their last five years.  At any time should our military need steel for tanks, ammo, ships, or such; this coal reserve shall be sold to those with military contracts and this amendment’s life shall only exist for 15 years once passed.

Explanations:  Clean energy is the only way forward.  Making energy is easy, storage is the hard part.  By reducing coal shipments to major polluters, maybe they will commit more effort to toward wind, solar, conversation and Geo-thermal; further reducing CO2 emissions, which melts our polar ice caps, causing rising sea levels.  On 12-13-2023, Conference of Parties 28^th session, agreed to some form of phasing out fossil fuels.  Year 2023 America had 225 Coal Fired Plants vs. China’s 1,118; no wonder the Chinese wear masks at high noon for they cannot see one another at 50 yards, too smoky.

 

AMENDMENT 104

No lawyer shall be an advocate for any migrant issues nor shall any Migrant Advocate Groups receive any American Tax dollars for representing any migrant in legal issues.

All Asylum Seekers wishing to enter America shall remain in their home country while applying for a job with an American company which shall hire them for a minimum of five years; also requiring them to pay all social security taxes, State and Federal Income Taxes on earned income.  That social security tax shall be a penalty tax for not being a US Citizen; but should they become a citizen and retire in America,   they shall become eligible for social security benefits at age 68, not before.  All immigration documentation shall be by electronic means.  Self-deportation by either parent of illegals shall make all family members without exception re-apply for new immigration status.

Ag Guest Workers are allowed only when an American company makes a five year, non-renewal contract for agricultural field workers.  All foreign workers shall pay all current social security taxes, State and Federal Income Taxes and these taxes shall be reported by that American employer.  No foreign company or corporation shall import foreign workers for any jobs in America.

Visiting Student Guest shall have a four year passport, a non-renewal visa with a college advisor assigned to that visiting student for their activities.   Business Travelers shall be monitored for arrival and departure dates by that company they visit with visas, good for only 30 days.   Travelers Visiting Family or Vacation Travelers shall only be permitted 30 days in America per year.

All migrant workers shall have preference over asylum seekers.  All immigrants shall have proper photo identification with passports, visas and immigration papers to board a flight from Panama to America.   The President of Mexico shall be responsible, insuring by his Army that there shall be no more caravans of people by train or illegals just walking through our Southern Border.  Immigrants to America shall not exceed 250,000 people per year unless a massive amount of self-deportation occurs; then each US States’ major school of Agronomy or Crops and Soils shall oversee farmers’ needs:  for true field workers; not golf course or landscape workers, not poultry, hog and beef meat processors, nor canning operations, nor wholesale commercial nursery workers.  Every State that has an agricultural extension agents shall add extra duties for just one Ag agent per county to oversee the farmers’ requests.  Individual migrants shall be selected first, not to exceed 18 million males and 2 million females, not families.  Strict accounting shall be enforced; for if a laborer is displaced, they can be first transferred within that same state.  Displaced workers shall not be hired by major corporations, big box stores, nor work for building contractors or sub-contractors for the many trades: flooring, tile, masonry and roofing, etc.  If this proposed amendment becomes an Amendment it shall be published in every Mexican state and every country below Mexico.

Going forward, no foreign citizen, company or corporation shall be allowed to buy land or mineral rights in America nor own a building structure on American soil.  All migrant Muslims shall have two excellent recommendations by members of a Christian faith.

Illegal Immigrants shall not receive Medicaid, food stamps, welfare, free colonoscopies or walk-in hospital care by any American Tax Dollar program, nor vote in elections as non-citizen.

Explanation:  See, “Stop funding the rights for migrants legal scam” by Betsy McCaughey, page 3, Stanly County Journal, January 3, 2024.  North State Journal, 1-24-2024, page A-5, Newt Gingrich reports by way of “America’s New Majority Project” that ONLY 29% Americans support letting immigrants receive Medicare, food stamps, etc.  Also, 77% Americans reject non-citizens being able to vote!!!

Opinion:  You can stop the flood of Illegals from 160+ countries, which includes people from the terrorist watch list and dangerous cartel criminals!   American companies should give complete employment needs to local state unemployment office and advertise for locals, retirees, part-timers, high-schooled and college youngsters.  Building and construction trades should check with prisons for early releases.

 

AMENDMENT 105

The First, Non-Addictive and Non-opioid Painkiller medication approved by the Federal Drug Administration shall entitle that Manufacturer to be Free from any Federal Corporate Tax Rates for 10 years for their sales of just that one Non-Addictive and Non-opioid Painkiller and the Second Manufacturer with the same qualifications shall be entitled for 9 years to be Free of any Federal Corporate Tax Rates as well.  Likewise, each of the next Four Non-Addictive and Non-opioid Manufacturers shall be Free of any Federal Corporate Tax rates for 8, 7,6, 5 years when they are approved by our FDA.  Furthermore, no individual as President or Vice-President of the United States of America shall have Special Immunity when in office or after office; as they shall be judged as any other citizen who breaks the law, and neither Presidential Candidate shall be at age 71 when elected.

 

AMENDMENT 106

Only 3 Bogus Solicitations or Potential Spam calls, whether live, recorded or AI voices, shall be allowed per year from any seller to that same cell phone or landline phone number; for if, that sales caller’s number is blocked three times by that same customer’s cell phone, those sellers shall be sued by their States Attorney General for the 4^th aggravating phone call.  That State’s Attorney’s Office shall receive $10,000 per call for the 4^th call through the 10^th call, for a total of $70,000 plus court costs should that sales group be found Guilty.

Bogus or Random Solicitations shall include any insurance products, tax issues, credit approvals, healthcare coverages, any bank or loan group calling about repayments that are past 7 years old; from the date when the first loan was made.  Any and all major cell phone networks, like:  Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum, Consumer Cellular, T-Mobile and Cricket shall permanently block any and all solicitation callers outside America’s landmass.  Furthermore, any and all Solicitation Callers mentioned above and all Spam Callers using bogus threats citing the IRS, Police or any law enforcement; demanding money, shall serve 50 years in jail when found Guilty and Bounced Solicitation Calls off any Business or Citizens Phone Numbers shall make those telephone solicitation owners pay Triple Damages when found guilty and the same applies to all Text Owners for what this amendment covers.

 

AMENDMENT 107

Never again shall a Convicted Felon serve as President of the United States of America and never shall a President of America “Pardon” himself or family members nor extended family members.

 

AMENDMENT 108

It shall be that all previously Manufacturer’s signed agreements by the general public, repairmen for cars or electronics shall become null and void, thus allowing all farmers, ranchers, car mechanics, personal electronic specialist and the general public the “Guaranteed Right to Repair” all manufacturer’s products that they have bought or items brought to them for repair.  Furthermore, All Railroad Crossings shall follow the lead of Oklahoma that idling trains shall only be allowed a ten-minute limit to block any road crossing.

Explanation:  Above concerns were found on a hopeful-to-be US Senator (NE) Dan Osborn’s website.

 

AMENDMENT 109

Our Bureau of Land Management shall sell our Wild Mustang overstock by reducing each horse price to $200 with aminimum purchase of 5 animals or $100 each for 20 animals as that should encourage Americans to purchase20,000; Europe 20,000; South America 20,000; Australia 5,000+ and Canada 2,000+.

BLM shall begin horse sales on-line immediately, on a first-come—first sales basis, all sales are final with noguarantees as no pictures shall be presented and no color selections made; nor age or gender. Buyers shall pay alltransportation fees with BLM deciding all departure points; also, with the BLM deciding the closure or re-openingof this Special Sale at any time.

Our BLM shall have the duty to destroy all weak animals and culls to reach 20,000 (formally 27,000); current wildhorse herd count 85,000+/- as wild horses double every 5 to 7 years.

 

AMENDMENT 110

No State, City or Town nor any church, hospital or school in the United States of America shall declare or performas a Sanctuary Area to deter or stop any USA Police Officers in any manner, thus making them unable to performtheir duties.

 

AMENDMENT 111

Only one Ag College per State shall qualify for a $100,000 grant to design and implement for a single Poultry EggLaying Variety, their choice, developing a bird flock of 1,000 resistant to H5N1 through H5N9 Bird Flu types. OurUSDA shall allow all Poultry Flocks to live or die, totally endorsing Ag’s Cardinal Genetic Rule: “Survival of theFittest.” Reward payments shall be $400,000 for the First Bird Flu “Free Flock”, $200,000 for the Second Place and$100,000 for the Third Place, with flocks remanning Bird Flu “Free” for 6 months, exposed twice, and tested.

The Top 100 USDA executives without Ag degrees shall resign immediately upon this amendment’s approval. AllHomeowners with Hobby Poultry Varieties shall be on their own without any USDA interference and the same forall commercial Turkey and Broiler operations.
